Here at Jurassic Jetski Tours we are asked a range of different questions. Some of which are listed below.
For further questions, please contact us. Our team will endeavour to respond with an answer to your queries at our earliest convenience.
A Jet Ski Tour is an experience in which you will receive a full safety briefing and instruction from a Qualified Personal Watercraft Instructor before taking to the water on your very own Jet Ski. Once on the water the Instructor will give you further guidance to get you comfortable with both driving the Jet Ski and your surroundings. Once comfortable and feeling in control, you will be led on a guided tour, during which you will experience the performance of our watercraft within Weymouth Bay and along the Jurassic Coastline
Each Tour is approximately one hour at the controls of the Jetski, so you will need to allow approximately 2 hours with us to include safety briefing and changing before and after
No. Singles can book onto our tours and will just pay the one person on one jetski price.
Yes, we require all customers wishing to take part on a tour to be able to swim and are comfortable in deep water.
No. All our Jet Ski activities require an instructor present on a separate Jet Ski for safety and insurance reasons.
Each tour consists of one instructor on his safety Jet Ski and three other Jet Skis. Therefore groups can vary from 1 to 6 people (2 per Jet Ski).
As your safety is our primary concern we provide you with full safety equipment including a buoyancy aid, helmet and wetsuit. All you need to bring is some swimwear for underneath your wetsuit, footwear to walk down to the Jet skis with, and a towel.
This is your choice, you can either take the option of riding solo on a Jet Ski or sharing. When there are two people per Jet Ski the instructor will give plenty of time for both people to experience the thrill of both driving and being a passenger. To ride solo on a Jet Ski you must be 18 years or older
You must be 18 and over to ride the jet ski solo. However 10 years and upwards are able to come on the safari as a passenger and a reduced rate is charged for this.
We can run tours in most conditions. The only factor that may cause us to postpone the tours are high winds which can create a dangerous sea state. If we have to postpone your tour we simply rearrange it for another suitable date.

Tours run at various times during the day seven days a week. Evening sessions are also available for those wanting to get out on the water after work.
